How can you ensure the quality of escooter?
We have a complete quality control system in place.First,we test all the components,second,we have quality control at every step of the production.
How long does it take to process my order?
It depends on the quantity if your order, Usually we only need two weeks for a 40HQ container.
DO YOU HAVE OVERSEAS WAREHOUSES?
We have 7 overseas warehouses,4 in the U.S.(California& New Jersey),
other 3 in EU.
CAN I VISIT YOUR FACTORY OR WAREHOUSE?
We welcome all dealers to visit our factory and warehouse, hire a third-party organization to inspect our factory.
can you supply the relevant documents?
Yes,we can provide most documentation including DOT,EEC,MOC.and other export documents where required.
what's the minimum quantity?
We require a minimum order of 10 units for US&EU WAREHOUSE pickups and one 40' high container for Chinese pickups.
what about sapre parts?
We will stock some spare parts to our overseas warehouse in advance, so that customers can get them within a week.
